At our July stated meeting, Worshipful Brother Henry George Graper Jr. was presented with his 50-year award of gold. Congratulations WB Henry on this historic achievement!
Presenting his 50-year award of gold to WB Henry are Most Worshipful Brother Dennis T. Herrell, Past Grand Master of Masons for the state of Indiana and his son, Brother Scott Herrell. WB Henry was a DeMolay Dad for Br. Scott in the early 80’s.
The Worshipful Master, Wardens and brethren of Eureka Lodge #397 will be conferring the Master Mason degree on Monday, July 28th. We will serve a meal at 6:00 pm and open lodge at 7:00 pm. Please come join us as we raise a worthy brother to the Sublime Degree.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS FOR 2014. The following Officers are elected by paper ballot to a one year term.

These Officers are appointed by the newly elected Worshipful Master to serve for one year.
The Senior Deacon, Junior Deacon, Chaplain, Senior Steward, Junior Steward and Tyler.
If you are not interested in being an Officer, we can always use help with candidate investigations, mentoring new members, helping with stated meeting and degree work dinners, Masonic education, giving lectures, or participating in the craft and outside activities.
The Worshipful Master, Wardens and Brethren of Eureka Lodge #397 will be conferring the Fellow Craft degree this coming Saturday on a worthy and well-qualified Entered Apprentice. Breakfast will be served at 7:00 am with lodge opening at 8:00 am. Please plan to come and join us!
With all the events coming up (Past Master degree, Christmas, Feast of St. John, New Years), it has been decided to put Craft Night on hold until the new year. We will resume again Tuesday night, January 8th. All who wish to learn ritual are welcome to attend. We will begin practicing for the upcoming Fellow Craft degree.
